First Passport - Documents to HMPO Corby - Return Docs

Hello All,

I have been advised to send supporting documents for first Adult Passport to HMPO Corby. While submitting the application I paid extra £5 for return of documents through recorded delivery.

1. Which is the best Royal Mail option for sending the documents ? Special Delivery? Recorded Delivery ?

2. Do I still have to send a pre-paid hard envelope ( to avoid naturalisation certificate being folded) for return?

Any clarity / advice/ guidance will be very much appreciated.

I have used Special delivery, so it is fully tracked and it will get there the next day. Any kind of recorded delivery is OK. I personally wouldn't be sure they would use envelopes/materials you send for secure packaging - I included a plastic folder in my package that was discarded.
