Dependant visa application form

Hi all,

I have been granted an HPI visa couple of months ago, and now trying to get a dependant visa for my wife. The questions regarding the marriage part is a bit confusing to me. After answering no to the questions "Do you have permission to stay as guliyevm's partner?" and "Was your last permission to stay as guliyevm's partner?(tbh didnt really understand this question)", then next question is asking our status which married. When I include our marriage date the following question is if we lived together continuously for 2 years which is not possible in our case since we have been married for only 5 months now. If I answer no to that question it then proceeds to ask why we lived apart and whether if I can provide an evidence that our relationship continued during that period. I would like to know if answering "no" to all of this questions would affect the decision on the visa, and would really appreciate if anyone could help/answer me on this matter

Hi all,

There is no dedicated HPI forum, that is why I am posting it here.

I am trying to pay for my wife's dependant visa IHS fee however written amount is higher than I calculated. My visa is valid for 2 years (valid till 5-Sep-2023). Amount that I should pay for 2 years is 1248 pound however website shows 1624 pounds. I saw a post on this website from 2 years ago, basically saying it calculates from the application date which is august. It means they are calculating roughly additional 312 pounds for the duration between august and september. So, other members comment was to write a date 2 years from application date under expiry date on the website, however, I have already received my visa with exact expiry date. Would it cause problem if I write a different date than the one on my visa?

I am also facing the same issue.I am applying for my dependent visa and the visa expiry date for the primary applicant is 16th October 2028. When I fill the applciation for my depdendent,the IHS fee is showing as 3432 ( 5* 624 + 312 for the additional 2 months). Can anyone suggest me how to avoid paying this additional amount.
Timely help is much appreciated as I am in the process of applying the dependent visa.

So did you get the visa approved?
I am also filling the dependent visa for my wife.
confused with the same questions. Did you select No for both the questions ? -- "Do you have permission to stay as guliyevm's partner?" and "Was your last permission to stay as guliyevm's partner?
