Forged payslips by ex to get ILR

Post by arkan2015 » Fri Jul 31, 2015 7:48 am

Hi Everyone,

My ex forged 5 of my payslips in order to get Indefinite Leave to Remain. My ex is overseas. He came to England as my dependant (I'm EU national). He obtained illegally 5 payslips for me in 2009 so I could have continuous working history in order for him to get ILR. He paid for my National Insurance Contribution and the company that issued those payslips processed them through the system. I've checked my employment history and they confirmed that NIC has been paid by this company. The way they've done this, it looks like I was working there but I wasn't . At that time I was on some of the benefits, I didn't receive any money on my bank account from that company and I wasn't issued Home Office working certificate which I was issued for all of my other jobs. I never agreed to this but in our marriage he used to beat me up and torture me so I was scared to say anything. We are separated and now I have gathered strength to report this fraud committed by my ex.

1.Where shall I seek help?
2.What will happen if I report this to the police&Home Office?
3.Will the HO revoke his ILR?
4.Will he get prosecuted?
5.Will I get prosecuted as well for not reporting this on time?

Thanks for taking your time to answer this.

If you were not aware, you should make a complain.

Are you saying he forced you to help him and used abuse towards you to get PR in the UK?
You should report him to UKVI as he used fraud to obtain PR. Here is one way to report this
https://www.gov.uk/report-immigration-crime

As he was violent towards you and you were frightened of him, it is understandable why you were too scared to do this before.

If he threatens you, report him tell the police. Abuse towards women may not be taken seriously in some third world countries but in the UK this behaviour is taken very serioulsy.

This is what happened, one day he brought those payslips to the house and told me what he did and why. I challenged him so he beat me up so badly that I never mentioned this again to him.
