I’m just asking for a Grenada friend and would appreciate it if anyone can help or with similar experience or a link.

My friend with a Grenadian passport wants to relocate to the UK. Please, how can he apply for a Work Permit and the process involved?

afaik they need to find a job, employer gets a CoS and afterwards they can apply for a visa? might be wrong but I assume that's the process

they can go there for tourism visa free I assume, but if they want to stay there for long, they need to have a prearranged visa, ie Skilled Worker
what do yous mean by "work permit"? he can get one that specifies a company that he should work for and for that he needs a job offer that adheres to certain conditions from a UK employer who's licensed to sponsor workers

Citizens of Grenada can enter the UK as visitors for up to six months, "visa free". See: https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa/y
But note that doesn't entitle a visitor to look for a job, and no employer would even offer a job without the appropriate work or residency permit. Visa free doesn't mean everything is allowed, for six months. Visa free visitors must abide by the restrictions on visitors requiring a visa.
