Judicial review is a type of court proceeding in which a judge reviews the lawfulness of a decision or action made by a public body like Home Office. This is part of the administrative law in the UK. To start a judicial review against a public body, you generally should file a Pre-action Protocol within 30 days.
For judicial review, I suggest to seek legal advice as early as possible.

Thanks a lot for your valuable response . It is really helpful . If a person personally wants to go for judicial review on his/her visa decision then the same rule will be applicable I believe !!

And does the company need to inform HO in any time limit that they are willing to go for JR?

Kind Regards .

The judicial review procedures are complex and hence expensive. Better to seek legal help for JR

Ok... I mean our Co lawyer said they would like to respond to HO that as there is no appeal right so in case if there is no mutual concern than they would like to go for JR... So that's why we are confused like within how many days we have to inform HO !! ?

Hi,

Our company license has been restored successfully on immidiate action as HO is satisfied with the representation. Thanks to almighty and everyone for your kind help.

My ILR application was on held since October (last 5 months) though I applied on PSC. So now everything is sorted then how can I contact with HO regarding the pending ilr application as I have to travel and my all necessary docs are with the application. Can anyone please help me by informing like in what address shall I contact as I know premium service centres are closed now!
