However, if you are traveling via another country, such as Dubai, that country may impose a minimum visa requirement for transiting that other country. And that country may or may not factor in that you have a BRP for the UK. That is of course a matter for the other country, not the UK.

Remember that when traveling outside your country/ies of nationality, the requirements for transit are dictated by the passport(s) that you are traveling on, and rarely by the visas that you have, (though that may be taken into account. But that is a decision for the country you are transiting to, not the country that issued you the visa).
You will have no issues at the UK border, provided you can get to the airport in the UK.
