Home adress - Graduate Route

Hi, 

I am currently applying for the graduate visa scheme, and I am confused as my situation might be unusual.
I have just moved into a place where I pay "rent" to the person who is currently renting the flat without having any type of contract. As I was filling out the information, I've reached the home address part, and I don't know if I should pick I am renting or not and explain my situation. The person that I am paying rent to asked me not to put her details in there.

1. What should I pick: rent or other (explain my situation)?

2. Is it going to affect my application?

3. Is my situation illegal?

The person is making you out to be an illegal renter/tenant.
How do you show accommodation proof (if required) when you do not have a tenancy agreement?

Either is fine. Try both and see what it asks for.

It depends. It sounds like the tenant is illegally subletting. That could be a problem for both of you, but not in respect of the Graduate visa application.
