How to refund child benefit quickly

We have been asked to refund old child benefit aand provide proof to the company who is applying for our renewal of our skilled work visa. Please can you guide us how to refund it?

We call HMRC they found some record but couldn't find all, and they said we put a note in our system that this happened is an error. They said Immigrantion team will contact you but no one have contact us and also we have a deadline to get a proof is 4 days.

Please can you guide on it? And how they check what benefits we took so we can tell them check that way.
