All evidence above is enough. Dependents have no employment requirement. UKVI will not take her passport so she can apply for a new one after the application.

Hi,
I am filling out the set o application for Dependent I come across few questions.

In which category are you applying for indefinite leave to remain? should I say tier 2; there is no ILR option or tier 2 dependant visa option. The only option I can see is below.
    • Tier 2 (General) visa
      Skilled Worker visa
      International Sportsperson visa
Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) visa
      Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa - Long-term Staff
      Intra-company Transfer
      Intra-company Graduate Trainee Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa -
      Graduate Trainee
High Potential Individual visa Scale Up
Alos there is another question I am not sure if is this related to Dependent absence.
"Leave granted on or after 11 January 2018
Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?"

Thanks

SET(O) application form has this option that you must choose: Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant

If your dependant had ANY visa issued after 11 Jan 2018, you need to answer yes to the absence question.

Presumably you are staying your wife as the main applicant in the form and not yourself??

I only asked as some people do actually put the ilr holders name as main applicant and don't get the correct sequence of questions.

We have requested the below documents.

Point 4 Home Office haven't asked for the bank account details for financial support. How are they going to check? Even they haven't asked should I still provide the bank statements.

Also, they haven't asked last 2 yrs proof of living together.

Mandatory documents

These documents are mandatory and you must provide them as part of your application. Tick the box to agree that you will provide each document:

1.The passport issued by India for Applicant

Other documents

2.The degree certificate for Applicant to prove the level of English language required

3.Declaration signed by Main ILR Holder to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks

4.Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Main ILR Holder for joint accounts or third party support

5.All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK

6.Current Biometric Residence Permit for Applicant

7.Evidence of Applicant immigration status in the UK

Item 4 refers to the consent form. It is NOT specifically about bank statements. You may provide bank statements for cohabitation proof

Thanks Zimba .

They havent asked any cohabitation proof. Should I still upload the proof? We have utility bill where both have names on the bill. The bank account is under my name only.

Below documents not asked

1. Cohabitation proof
2. Financial support

Do you think I should upload them even though they have not been asked?
Thanks

You are required to upload 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your nanes from 3 sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months. Tbis is rhe subaiating relationship evidence. The checklist is generic.

There is no financial requirement for pbs dependenta ILR.

Thanks CR.

Are you saying one cohabitation proof is not enough? So along with the utility bill, I have to submit another proof. Do you know how many? seems need 3 as you said.

On the water bill and Council Tax account, we both have our names. Our water bill is issued every six months and Council Tax is yearly.

Thanks

You need 3 different sources, and an item for every 3/4 months. For each id rhe 3 sources.
