ILR eligibility

Post by iz1 » Sun Nov 17, 2024 9:12 am

Hi all,
1st visa granted under the parent 10 year route. Then switched to 5 year route upon expiration of the 1st visa.
Does this mean the person will be eligible for ILR at the 5 year mark please?

The person was an overstayer prior to the 1at visa
Thanks all

Which 5 year mark?

Requires 5 years on the 2nd visa.

Thanks for the response.
So means in total it will be 7.5 years before ILR application can be done.
