ILR Set(M) application documents

Post by dtw » Fri Sep 13, 2024 4:59 pm

Hi,

I am applying for ILR Set(M) under 5 year route as a Spouse. I am currently uploading the documents to the system. I have a couple of questions regarding some of the documents.

1. They request "all previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards used to travel to or remain in the UK". Does this mean I need to provide all previous passports within the 5 year? Or do I need to provide all previous passports that I have travelled to UK?

2. They also request 6 letters named myself and my husband over 2.5 years. We have some utility bills and council tax bills that are under both of our names. Is it possible to provide some letters/bills that are named separately to each of us? For instance, can I submit 4 jointly named utility bills and 2 letters/bills named to myself and my husband separately (so 6 letters for each of us)?

Thanks

1. Only the last 5 years will suffice
