I am dependent on a dependent visa and it's expiring on 28 Feb 2022.
My husband has separated on 6 Dec 2021 and filed for divorce and it's under process, we lived together more than 5 years.
We have children 5 years old and they are under my custody.
I work full time and I have six payslips of £1600 per month. My salary is £19000 per annum.
I have all documents ready, but I do not understand which application I have to Fill out.
Indefinite leave to remain if you have family in the UK, Apply as a partner (family visa) or Apply as a British child-mother(family visa).
Please guide

You cannot apply for ilr on a spouse visa if your relationship with your spouse has ended. You need your spouse's support to apply for ilr.
You cannot apply for ilr based in the children as you do not hold the relevant visa as parent of British child to qualify for ilr.

I lived with my husband for five years and we have 3 children together. Is there any problem with my ILR Application SET M Application?
Received a Reply from Home Office;
Thank you for your Super Priority application for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
We have attempted to process your application within the 1 day service standard, unfortunately it appears your application will not be processed within the 1 day target.
This is because your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we require further time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision.
Yours sincerely,

Marriage: Nov 2011
First Entry in UK Feb 2013 and left the UK on March 2015
We had three children together
Second Entry: 1st Dec 2016 and continuos lived with husband until 29th Dec 2021.
My husband filed an online divorce on 29th Dec 2021 but he's meeting and taking care of children.
On 20 Feb 2022 SET(M) standard Application then withdrawn on 25 Feb 2022 and Submitted SET(M) Super Priority Service.
application Question Set (M) In which category are you applying for indefinite leave to remain? Answer: Partner of a person present and settled in the UK - 5-year route
husband provided me all his documents and sign on the partner declaration form aswell.
Biometric Appointment attended 9 March 2022
on 10th march 2022 received an email: "We have attempted to process your application within the 1 day service standard, unfortunately it appears your application will not be processed within the 1 day target.
This is because your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we require further time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision.".
Please guide me, what they are not made the decision in one day.
After I made the Application I received one postal document from the Divorce department and did not sign it yet. I want to rejoin and hopefully we'll start to live together.

Possibly your application lacked documented evidence that your marriage is subsisting and that you are still living together
What was the date of the last proof of joint co-habitation submitted?
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

I received an email for the interview on 29 April 2022 on my case with my husband.
Currently, we are working on the marriage but still not living together.
Could you please suggest what they want to know from us, any questions list

You have been advised before on this. ILR can only be granted if the marriage is subsisting otherwise you cannot get ILR

ILR SET(M) is predicated on you being a spouse I.e. being together. If the cohabitation documentary evidence is not in order and or there is a way HO is aware of the filed online divorce ( I Don't know) then grounds for SET M in jeopardy.
