IHS refund

Hi ,
can someone help me out or direct me please.....
When my wife extended her spouse visa , she paid her IHS twice . Her application was successful but don't get the IHS fee refunded which was paid twice . Tried to reach out Immigration services but there is no response from them.Can some one suggest me how to follow it up please?

email the IHS refunds team at IHSrefunds@homeoffice.gov.uk and provide all relevant details including the reference number for the ihs payment, if you can get a copy of the debit transaction, attach it to the mail.

sent email to IHSrefunds@homeoffice.gov.uk but getting delivery fail message (Undeliverable)to that email.
