Re-entry in UK through Visa Vignette Sticker (valid for 90 days)

Hi There,

I am having Dependent partner visa and have entered in UK a week before.

Though I'm constantly reaching to designated post office but I'm yet to get my BRP while due to a personal emergency, i need to travel outside UK on priority.

Can you please advise me If I will be allowed to re-enter in UK with visa vignette sticker, which is valid till Mid Apr'24 (90 days) in case i have to travel outside UK without collecting my BRP.

Number of Entries - is mentioned as MULT in my Visa vignette sticker.

Yes you can as many times as possible within the validity of the Vignette.

Thank You so much for the response and i got the same reply from Home Office BRP Collection mail box.

Firstly I did try to contact Home office customer care (looks like 3rd party managed call centre) and per them, my visa vignette won't be valid if its been stamped and I need to apply for a 'replacement BRP visa' to travel back to the UK. When i insisted that my Visa Vignette is having MULT entries mentioned then they asked me to contact Border Force for further clarification.

In parallel, i dropped a note to Home Office - BRP collection mail box and got a response as production of BRP has been delayed due to technical reasons but I'm allowed to re-enter in UK till my UK visa vignette is valid, as its a multi entry visa.

Seems even after being paid service, Home office customer care is not providing correct information.

Thos is repeated often that the enquiry line is outsourced and whatever you hear from them will likely not be correct. Unfortunately if you follow the information from such paid service and turns out wrong, they are not liable.
