Spousal Visa application question.

Hi guys,
I am a British citizen and applying for spousal visa for my husband. I need to apply by the 16th Jan before the IHS fees goes up.

I am confused with this question-

Other Marriages or civil partnerships
Are you currently married or in a civil partnership with another person?
Yes or No
We are married. Does this question refer to our marriage? I am confused . My husband was previously married but his wife is deceased.

It refers to other marriages, as the question asks.

He must declare his previous marriage.

The next question did ask;
Have you previously been married?
Which is a yes but his wife is deceased.

But the question that I am confused with is the one that asked if you are currently married or in civil partnerships with another person?
Is that referring to our marriage?
