VFS Global *register* - Internal Server Error

Would like to purchase priority service for my wifes settlement visa application. I cant register on the vfs global website. I get 'internal server error' since yesterday. Is this just happening only to me? also I cant find a contact number or email for vfs global to take my money for priority service :?

I've tried my android phone. also two different web broswers, same thing.

I'm having the same problem. Trying to register on VFS to purchase priority settlement service for my fiance visa with no luck. I've tried all different platforms and devices but still get "Internal server error" each time. It must be a problem with their site. I hope they fix soon!!

I am neither able to login using my old email address nor create a new login in vfs global to apply for a UK visa, I get a msg as internal server error. wondered if vfs is not functioning...

That's strange. Just spoke to UKVI on premium call charge. The operator told me that priority should be paid before biometrics are taken. Luckily I was able to change my wifes biometrics appointment to next week as it was originally set for tomorrow. Hoping to hear back from VFS soon and hope they can get the registration page sorted :?

My wife and I have been trying all weekend to register for an account to buy priority service. Just the same "Internal Server Error" message on the screen every time. I've tried different browsers and devices to no avail so it's definitely a website issue.

I've been tweeting VFS, UK Home Office and our MP since Friday. No meaningful response from anyone so far. VFS customer care email just keep telling me to contact their "commercial partner" on the 020 premium charge UKVI line and when I call them I end up on hold for 15 minutes and then they hang up on me. I'm running out of ideas.

Extremely disappointed considering the amount of money we've just paid! The whole system is a joke.

SUCCESS! I was able to register and purchase priority settlement service. Not sure if all errors are fixed but I at least found a loop hole. I used another email than the first one i tried using tons of time, tried registering with this other one several times.. then decided to try just logging in- clicked on forgot my password, was able to receive email from vfs for password reset link to this new email but no emails were going to my old one.. weird. Was able to successfully reset password, then log in. I couldn't believe it worked. It took me to a page to fill out my application reference number, passport number etc and moved through that page until purchasing priority!
If this works for you.. don't leave or refresh or go to any other link on website. You can go to other tabs to look for you application number though. I found it odd that they were only listing shipping costs for the up to 2lb option even though they didn't list the weight on there I knew from looking on the site previously based on the prices listed .. so I went to another link on page to try and add 5lb service and got kicked out.. couldn't sign back in for a while as it said "user already logged in".
But eventually managed logging back in and continuing.
I'm just going to ship through ups..

So happy and relieved!!!

I was able to log in yesterday afternoon. the system is back up and running again
