Contact Number for Home Office in Liverpool??? Biometric Enr

Hiya,
I am a British citizen and located back here over 2 years ago with my Japanese hubby and 3 kids. We applied for ILR through a checking agency and received the Biometric Enrolment form this week. My hubby`s surname and first name are listed incorrectly, which means we cannot enrol his information. I called the Home Office but basically you are just referred back to the gov site and an email address. Does anyone know of an actual telephone number that would connect me to an actual living person who could tell me what next steps are required???
