Thank you for replying and I have filled most of the form but stuck at the declaration form for the consent so should I just sign the first one and no one else signs it. Secondly does it tells me in the end what I need to upload after I have paid because its ask to pay first. Can you please also answer other questions if you can.
Thanks for replying I was literally waiting for your comments but can you please also answer other questions because that would be great like espically teh cxonsent declaration form. I have seen other threads reagrding this but did not understand if it would work with my case. Thanks again.

If I do upload them then how many like 2, 4 or 6? and Do I also have to write a covering letter for all of my family members?
Thanks for the reply but I searched the form and could not find anything related to supporting documents so can you please help me.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:33 amhttps://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 6.0ext.pdfZain Ali wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2020 11:05 pmI am filling an online application form for long residence and before paying just wanted to know what supporting documents would be required like I know the mandatory docs but what about things like bank statements, utility bills. On the form, it says Do you have any children aged 18 years or under?
The question is self explanatory. Does not matter. On the form, it says Do you have any children aged 18 years or under?
Does this mean that I don't need to mention my son because he is 19 years old? If this is the case then my wife has put both children name. Thank you
I have booked the appointment for Biometrics however what documents do I need to take with me. Plus is it possible to get a picture taken through the app or something.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Tue Oct 06, 2020 8:35 pmThe question is self explanatory. Your passport, appointment booking documents and also any original documents already uploaded so that if there is any discovered to be missing or not legible you have last chance to upload it at the appointment.Zain Ali wrote: ↑Fri Oct 09, 2020 11:48 pmI have booked the appointment for Biometrics however what documents do I need to take with me.
