Indian Passport Renewal question

Indian Passport Renewal question

Hi

I am applying for passport renewal and I have filled up the application at https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/ and got a ref number as given in this link https://www.hcilondon.gov.in/page/list- ... t-renewal/

I understand I need to print this and take it with me.

Along with this, I believe I need to take a copy of Annexure-E form and Declaration form filled up and signed.

And passport photographs in the specifications.

Do I also need a PPF form that I need to fill and take with me to the vfs office?

Please mention if I have missed out anything else.
