Do i need visa and work permit in Ireland!?

Dear Sir,
I am Jordanan national and I have Schengen Visa valid for one year ; and married to EU citizen member. My son already working in Ireland and has Eu passport and stable job there.
I want to stay with my son and wife in Dublin so do I need new visa ? and what is the best advise you could give me to be legal there and can join my family
Please elaborate.

What is your wife's citizenship? Do you and she want to move to Ireland, or just visit?
