how to check if application is received by INIS

I have sent EU1 application yesterday by post. When I am tracking it online on anpost it says its delivered to Dublin Parcel center at 6:10. It doesn't show destination address i.e., INIS burgh quay
Here is the tracking info.

Current Status

DELIVERED DUBLIN PARCEL CENTRE, BALLYMOUNT RD, DUBLIN 12 05-Dec-13
06:10

Is it possible to check with INIS if they received our application? Is it possible they have someone in the office at 6:10 in the morning who received the documents.
