Irish Police Clearance Certificate

I need a police Clearance Certificate but in Ireland they issue PCC under only three conditions
For embassy
For Job in EU institutions
For business registration in EU.

Can't get Garda vetting as a person, its only for companies.

So just want to confirm in Ireland we don't have any police Clearance Certificate to use for different purposes then above ?

Also spoke to Garda information officer in HQ he said the same and mentioned that its not in law to issue PCC and its not there job to provide one other than the above reasons

He also mentioned in France and Germany they don't issue Police Clearance Certificate at all. As I tried to tell him its Irish government or garda job to provide as they individual criminal or no non criminal record.

So any one ever had similar issue?

Go to Garda's website and fill out Subject Access Request form. They will send you a report about your criminal background.

Access report is different and can't use in foreign country.

I didn't say it going to be valid in a different country. It is for your personal use.
If you need a proof of your criminal history for international use, any of the other three reasons will be just fine.

No they aren't accepting. That's why asking if there is other alternative.

Then they have right to ask for it.
