Relocating to Ireland- One way ticket from Australia

Post by chloeanne » Tue Dec 29, 2015 12:49 am

Hi Everyone,

My family and I are relocating to Ireland in a few weeks. My husband is a British Citizen and so are my children they all hold British passports.

I was told by the Irish Embassy nearly a year ago that I did not require a visa and that on arrival in Ireland I needed my passport, marriage certificate etc.

I have been told recently when I double checked with the embassy as we leave in a few weeks that I would need a return ticket, health insurance and enough funds in my bank account.

I have already purchased one way tickets, should I upgrade to a return?

Thank you everyone :)

No need to , if you are planning on staying and your husband will be accompanying you.
