Join family long stay visa processing time

Hi,
I live in Ireland with stamp 4 visa (previously stamp 1 with CSEP) I got married and want to bring my wife, she applied for the join family long stay visa in india, does anyone know how much time the processing takes? The current status on vfs is

Your Ireland Visa application reference number xxxx has been dispatched to the Irish Embassy for processing on 28/02/2024

Does it really take 12 months?

The only thing I have for you is an example date which confirms timeline stated.

Does it really take a year? I know multiple people who said they got it in 4-5 weeks, even the vfs agent said the same, that's why I'm asking here if anyone has any experience
