Naturalisation of UK born

Post by khanejagaurav » Tue Feb 04, 2025 4:41 pm

Hello Friends,
Hope you are all well. I have a very small query. I have got my ILR from tier 2 general on 10th Dec 2024 and then applied for MN1 for my UK born child. initially my tier 2 visa had the expiry date of 02 Feb 2025 which my child on PBS dependant also had the same date . The MN1 was applied on 02 Jan 2025. Whilst the naturalization isn't received yet, do we had to apply for the extension of his PBS dependant visa ?

Thanks
Gaurav

No, but you need to secure private health insurance in case your child needs NHS care.

And you should avoid traveling until the child receives his British passport.
