OCI Card Update Delay

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well!

I had my passport renewed and, for my OCI card, I updated all the necessary information under miscellaneous services in mid-December 2024. However, since January 7, 2025, the status has remained the same:

"Your application has been acknowledged by the competent authority. It is being processed and will be updated soon."

We are planning to travel to India next month, and I’m starting to get a bit worried about the delay. Has anyone else faced a similar issue recently? If so, could you please share any advice or steps I can take to speed up the process? Or Which email address should I send any emails etc?

Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!
