OCI Consent Letter for Minor when parents are Divorced

Hi,

We share joint custody of our child and need to produce a consent letter for his OCI application. Is there a template for the same? Also, the VFS site says it should be notarised, is that correct? Asking as a lot of documentation is not updated on the websites.

If yes, how can we notarize in UK, do we need to visit a solicitor only? What is considered a normal charge for this service?

charges vary between soilicitors
