OCI name change

Hi,
I have recently changed my minor kid’s surname using UK deed poll and got it changed on the UK passport also.
To change it on OCI, I used miscellaneous services. I used a normal deed poll for name change, do I need a notarised one for OCI and also do I need to book appointment to submit the documents or can it be all done online.
