Place of issue of naturalisation certificate?

Just done my ceremony and filling in the passport app form. What do I put in the above section

vipul if you cert was issued in london then put london if not put ur local council....for example mine was issued in wolverhampton i put wolverhampton...hope you get me

Thanks but I have already sent my passport application and I have put HOME OFFICE LONDON.

I rang passport helpline as well and they informed me that its more to do with the country than the exact place of issue.
