Until the Divorce Decree Absolute has been granted you are still considered to be married. There is no requirement for you to be living together and you should give your wife's correct address.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

If you have done your biometrics, this should not be a problem. Maybe try and have someone at your address incase they write you requesting for more documents or put your phone on roam.

Naturalization and proof of address

Post by Ash-1989 » Mon Apr 09, 2018 1:32 pm

Dear members,

If any one can help me out i submitted my NDRS and JCAP together with all supporting documents...

But on the checklist it's says proof of living and i submitted my driving licence and accountant latter with my current address on it ...
Is this sufficient for home office or i really had to submit billing address?

My application is already submitted today ..

I am a 'sister' not a 'brother.

DCPR - Document Certifying Permanent Residence. If you don't have this, you cannot apply for citizenship.

this forum cannot solve family affair.......

if the HO asks further document and you can't provide. they can only consider your case what you have provided. I won't say they must refuse if you cannot provide, but if they asked, there must be something that required for them to make a decision,
