No sooner than within 28 days before reaching 60 months residence, counted from the date you entered the UK.

I was already here in UK when I applied. I was on Post Study work visa that time. My initial spouse visa was approved last February 17,2014. I’m confused when is the earliest time to apply? Is it 28 days before my current visa expires which is January 16, 2019?

28 days preceding the date of initial spouse visa as you were present in UK.
You’ll have to extend ur spouse visa and could vary once you qualify..

You need the corresponding payslip. 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements is mandatory.

I’m only missing one from last month. I got the rest of the payslip. I can provide until June’s payslip plus bankstatement. Will that suffice for the missing payslip.

You need the 6 most recent ones prior to date of application.

You dont have any record? Email? Cannot ask employer again?
Worst case scenerio, draft a cover letter explaining the situation and mentioning that you have been paid and the bank statement is a proof of that. You have lost the payslip and need some more time to reproduce that if required. Thats the best what I can think of atm.

You could get new payslip from your employer , might be through online print etc...it is bit hard but not impossible,,, remember payslips are mandatory and your application could be refused

Better to uplod all pages atleast for the passports that cover your 5 year qualifying period.

Different visa routes to ILR have different requirements and rules. For ILR based on 5 years spouse settlement visa and using form SET(M), yes, 6 months payslips and bank statements is mandatory.
Note this is very different to SET(O) requirements, which is the Points Based System route you are under.

Please continue in your own topic. Your SET(O) questions are NOT relevant in this thread about SET(M) ILR.
