Hi everyone
My wife had ilr and she was absent from uk more than 2 year we appplied returning resident visa and ee got it and on paspport it show that it is valid for 6 month.As now she is in uk i want to know is her ILR is restored or nt .And what is the procedure for BRP as she is not get any 10 days letter from homeoffice.

Hi
I came back to uk on returning resident visa.I had an ILR on my old passport and my surname is changed after marriage.I want to tranfer this visa on BRP.so please tell me which form i have to fill and what is the processing time of transfering visa on BRP card
Plz provide me feedback i need ur help

I would like to know that i have blessed with baby in uk i want to apply for british passport for him and for that one parent should be settled ..i had an ILR where my surname is changed i have to apply paspport through this ILR which is on my old paspport or i have to wait till i will get BRP

You need to update your name on passport first because BRP won't be issued in different name than on your passport.

On my new paspport my old surname is changed it is updated with new surname..

It can take a few weeks and up to 6 months

Did UKVI send text or email once NTL application for BRP card is approved?
Or UKVI send only postal letter confirmation once NTL-BRP application is approved?
