Rent agreement as proof of residency

Hi, I am starting the naturalization process.... I have a rent agreement for a place where I lived for 3 years. However, I've never gotten the RTB letter, and the landlord refused to put my name on the utility bills. Can I use the rent agreement as proof of residence + the bank statement? Would it be enough?
