Resident Labour Market Test Proof

Hi Experts,

I am planning to apply Tier 2 General Visa. The Job was advertised for a total of 35 days in the past 6 months via NHS Jobs + health Jobs UK + Universal Job Match.

Do you think it fulfills the Resident Labour Market Test requirements? The Job was clearly advertised 2 places.

Also, I need to know what proof should I ask to my employer so I can submit along with my Visa application like screenshot or anything else

You do not need to submit any proof of RLMT with your visa application. Your employer will have to provide reference numbers to the HO during CoS allocation stage. They must also keep the proof of advertisement in their records for at least one year.

Your COS number itself is a proof that RLMT has been done. HO would not allocate COS if RLMT is not done. Therefore, once your employer gives you COS, that itself means that HO has approved it and you would just need to give cos number with your visa application.

Not necessarily. While the Home Office does check RLMT in some cases during CoS allocation stage, their granting CoS does not mean that they approve of the RLMT process. That information is checked during visa application .
