Hi, I came to UK on 16th Jan 2005 (visa was issued from 16th Dec 2004). What is the earliest date I can apply fro ILR. hi i came to uk on 10th dec 2004 on student visa however my visa was issued on 1st november 2004. i know we should not send the ILR application more than 28 days before the qualifying period. my question is whether someone has successfully applied for ILR based on the date when visa was issued?or ...

YOUR COUNT DOWN TOWARDS 10 YEAR LONG RESIDENCY STARTS FROM THE ISSUING DATE OF YOUR VISA BUT ONLY IF YOU HAD TRAVEL WITH THE 3 MONTHS OF VISA GRANTED.

Send email biometric department (email address given in your biometric letter) that you received your biometric card and all documents except passport and degree certificate etc they usually reply next day and what they do they pass information to the relevant department and then await a week. you should await UKBA next recorded post as they return all documents in two post, from BOOTLE where you sent Tier 4 application. Biometric is send by different department they are actually different company but work for UKBA. you sent tier 1 application is different place shiffield or some other ...

my understanding is.... you can go court of appeal within 28 days if your appeal dismissed from UT. Once you appeal in the court of appeal within 28 days you can make fresh application at any time and withdraw case either by phone to court of appeal or ukba will automatically withdraw you appeal ...
