Student Visitor Visa

Hi,

Can anyone please provide me with a source stating that one should have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months in order to be issued a Student visitor visa. Neither UKVI website, not Visitor visa guidline contains that information.

Switching from Student Visitor to T4 General

Hello all,

I have a question about Tier 4 General visa and would be very thankful if someone could help me.

Is it possible to switch to Tier 4 General visa if I am currently in the UK with a Student Visitor visa for a pre-sessional one-month Academic English language course?

Thank you in advance.

1. We're gay

2. Our country isn't gay friendly

Question: Can we move to UK because it's more gay friendly, on Humanitarian grounds?
Yes, this is the question. Sorry, I forgot to include it.
