If I'm not wrong you said your college's licence got suspended not revoked. is this is correct? are you not attending your college? they will have a student welfare officer who can advise on immigration matters anyways I think HO usually send a curtailment letter if the college's licence gets ...

Can we apply for student visitor for 11 months when her husband is on tier4?

Does the Ukvi see this as an excuse to reject the student visitor visa?

Tier 4 Student Dependent Visa

Hi All,

One of my friend who is studying at HTS private college at postgraduate level (Level 7) and course last more than 1 year wanted to bring his wife from India.

Is this possible for him to apply his wife on a dependent visa?

Also what documents are required provide?

We have applied for PIO cards for our two children 1 infant and 1 child on 16/11/2014 at the counter.

Yes I agree nothing to do with the phone call I never called them and got the certificate exactly in 4months time and think that applications submitted through NCS are taking 4 months and where as those applied by post taking longer then 4 months. Also I think if someone ask their documents to back ...

Yes, as long as you did have any breaks and maintained some 3a or 3b clause.

Get a SAR from home office, this will give you exact picture what details they have against your file and based on that you can take next course of action
