Re: FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS / DLA / ADEQUATE MAINTENANCE

That's regarding the border police. You've not even lodged an appeal which is what you need to do. Even if it's late send an appeal in stating it's late as you'd asked the ECM to reconsider first. Maybe i will do this. Do you know 100% if they are wrong in saying i cannot use my benefits towards ...

Re: FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS / DLA / ADEQUATE MAINTENANCE

An appeal is your time a court. If you appeal the ECM will also review the decision. The IPCC is for police complaints  Also, would you not have to go through the often terrible assessments for your disability benefits again in Ireland? On the ukvi website it says you can complain to IPCC ...

Re: IS A RETURN TICKET REQUIRED EEA DIRECTIVE

You could try showing them the Ireland EU Directive visa guidelines to reassure them that they wont face any fine if they allow you to travel. 2.7 Other than the proofs listed at 2.3 above it is not permitted to request the applicant to provide additional proofs (of the sort that would generally be ...

You won't be applying for anything to do with Ireland if you're going to stay in NI. You would be applying for the EEAFP from the British Embassy in Thailand. ------ If you were planning to live in Ireland, you would have to apply at the Irish Consulate in Thailand (although this may be sent to the ...

Re: Uk Spouse visa refused is EEA our best option

R4B - I think you're doing the right thing - exploring all possibilities before doing the most drastic thing of all in renouncing your BC, which in my opinion should only be a last resort measure. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. Yes thanks, i think its better to no all options that are ...

Have you worked in the past? If so, the paragraph that you found might be of use! Please make sure you prepare for the solicitors meeting. You will be paying for it and, therefore, you have to make sure you are clear about what you want to ask them. Please remind them of the McCarthy case (see here ...
