Hi, I'm also in the same situation, getting error while submitting form 7. Did you submit your OCI application with the declaration? In fact few of my friends are also in the same situation and looking for a response from the High Commission on this matter, but didn't get a response.

Hi CR001, sorry it took me sometime to get the exact details. Here are the details:

ICT visa expire date 14 August 2012. She left UK on 01st August 2012.
Appointment date for Tier 2 dependant visa from India was 10 October 2012, entry date in UK with Tier 2 dependant visa was 30th October 2012.

For new CoS your employer will not need to run RLMT as it is visa extension. They can assign CoS as soon as they get the quota. If it happens after the date mentioned you can work for your employer in the interim but they will not be liable to pay you, until it is assigned to you with a start date ...

Normally from the date of issue of curtailment letter you have 60 days to switch to a new employer. In your case as you didn't receive any letter you are okay on that. Your continuous employment with the current employer for 5 years makes you eligible for ILR.
