Re: Swapping from FLR(M) to FLR FP

Ah, there is no way around the financial requirement then for his 5 years? Even due to circumstances that we should have made it but haven’t?

The 10 year partner route, can the 5 years not be added into that? 10 years is a long time to be finding a lot of money to re-apply each time. :(

Thank you

Advice on spousal visa renewal please?

Hi, My husband has his spousal visa granted in 2013, when I solely made the £18,600 criteria. We need to re-apply for his 2nd 2.5year visa.. and I've had a baby since then so work Part time. I'm sure I read somewhere before that we combined, need to meet the £18,600 this time, jointly. I'm confused a ...

Re: Spouse visa No recourse info please

Thanks for the reference to that act,

I do think it's not clear enough of my entitlement and more hints discretionary private accommodation? Where it is an entitlement of mine to gain state housing if I require it?

Also, when my husband's visa is due in 2016, when we haave to apply again, we have to meet the same requirements, again, it will be my income solely, that has to meet ...
