Total absence was less than 120 days.My employer gave a letter in a tabular format with no of days of absence,date of departure and date of arrival.I dint meet the case worker at all.My case was registered and biometrics taken at a counter.I was asked to wait and they called me to collect the ...

I have just got a reply from Home office that as a Tier 2 ICT migrant,we would need to select Tier 1 General for showing the points using PBS.As long as your degree is awarded 20 points or more and 10 points foe English,you should be able to meet the KOLL requirement as a Tier 2 ICT applicant. Interestingly i got a reply from Home office today and they have attached a document to verify the KOL requirement. I am still not convinced that we would need a letter from University and NARIC though the degree is listed on PBS and 10 points awarded for English skills. But we had been previously granted TIER 2 ICT and all extensions based on the Points from PBS and just showing our original degree certificate. Qualification is awarded 30 Points if i select Tier 1(PBS) just to check. Getting a letter from the University could be difficult as the engineering college ...

Hi,
PBS doesnt show the qualification points however the degree seems to appear and 10 Points has been awarded for English skills.I think this should be ok or do we have to get the letter from NARIC?
Note:I am currently on Tier 2 ICT.

No,this is the first time I am making a transaction for 1493£.Bank has confirmed that they have increased my limit to 1500£.I hold a ICICI debit card which isnt 3D secure.Is that a problem?

Online Payment is getting declined for Premium appointment

I am trying to pay using Debit card to book an premium appointment for ILR.World pay says the card issuer has declined the transaction however the bank says they don't see any problem with my card.Can i pay using my colleague's card for making the payment?
