Thanks for the information.

I also want to apply for reconsideration, could you please advise what evidence you have provided to them - which show's that it is approved or accredited certificate.

Please help me, as I really don't know what to do, tomorrow I am going to meet solicitor.

Just want to know how did you apply for reconsideration and can we apply with fresh application without passport as HO is holding my wife's.

So is there any chance of approval or will I have to appeal and wait for at least 6 or 7 months, can somebody please advise on this?

Guys,

I am also going through the same thing, (Skills for life entry level 3) got my wife's application refused....got letter from home office saying its not an approved certificate.....has anybody got any suggestions what can be done now.

Required information is given below: I came in January 30 2005, ( 4 Breaks of approximately 32 - 33 Days.) - up till March 2009 I got my Tier 1 general visa in March 07 2009 - 06 Nov 2009 to 09 Dec 2009 - Aug 11 2010 - Feb 09 2011 (183 Days) - 03 Nov 2012 ...

Tier 1 (General) to ILR - Query on 183 days out from UK?

Hello,

I am suppose to apply for my ILR in June 2014, but I was out for 183 days in one stretch during August 2010 to Feb 2011.....so shall I go for ILR or Tier-1 general extension, please advise?

(My First Tier-1 general extension was in April 2009, but I am living since Jan 2005)
