thanks for your reply.

I tried to find similiar cases to mine here but they are quite old and there wasn't a clear response about it.

I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens then :(

What did your fiancée do since 2006? Did she exercise treaty rights (employment, study with a health insurance, self sufficient with health insurance). Did she complete full 5 years of residence before the birth? If the answers to both questions is yes, then your child is British. Otherwise, MN1 is ...
