I applied for a visa on form flr ( lr) as I had not done my life in uk test.

I have since doe my life in uk test and applied for settlement on form set ( lr) on the 28th of Jan 2015.

My ilr was granted this week .

hi amber. thanks for your response i went and sought legal advise and turns out JR is not a good idea. anyway , today i have received a letter from the homeoffice responding to my flr(lr) application asking me to go for biometrics. i made and flr(lr) as i am still yet to do my life in uk test. what are my options now? any ideas of what i should do?

As I applied for my flr fp 20 days after my refusal with no right of appeal would you suggest that I apply when i actually clock 10 years in the UK or as you advise 28 days prior.
