Re: A limit on number of Visas 200K outside UK

I think they have temporarily suspended the new application or they might have stopped processing them for a while at least. Maybe you are right, but i think this is for applications after the new rules which is after July 2014. What about from January 2014 to June 2014, anyone got his 200K route ...

A limit on number of Visas 200K outside UK

Looks like not many visas been issued from Outside UK this year (2014). At least from people reporting on this forum. Was talking to a solicitor over the phone in the UK who said that there is an 'unofficial' cap limit on the number of applications for approved visas and applications generally have ...

Was asking shashin to see if the papers he submitted are bad quality or not. As if it was not, then he should not be worried at all regardless if other TOEIC were found fake!

Re: Received Visa, No Interview, £200k from Outside UK

Thanks but sorry, I don't understand what it is you disagree with. Are you saying I encouraged people not to tell the truth? No, that is not what i mean. I disagree with the wording of your comment: -Tell the truth as much as possible...... and i said that it needed to be the same but without 'as ...

Re: Received Visa, No Interview, £200k from Outside UK

Congrats Etrigan. I agree with all your comments (except one), and you do sound like a genuine entrepreneur. The one point that i disagree with you is the third point in your first comment. Tell the truth. period. I am amazed how many members in this forum encourage other to lie to government ...

Re: need help applying for dependent visa

I just noticed you said he got it on Sept 2013. if he will apply now, its safer that he have £3780 for 90 days as they will calculate his stay from either the airport entry date or the visa issue date if he was already in the UK when he got it. So if he was in the UK when he got his visa, he can ...

Re: need help applying for dependent visa

Visa Fees are correct and its payable online via cards. He already got visa, so he only needs to show £1260 for 90 days in his account. He can send you 4 months stamped bank statement from a UK for that amount showing his balance did not fall below £1260 for the past 90 days then you add that to y ...

Re: need help expert please give me ur adivce

@qxoil, I think when you answer YES to this question, a place to input more details will open up so you can write the reason for you answering Yes. Also, I think you will have to answer YES on the question about if you ever been refused Visa as well.

People with £200,000 route from last year

Just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who got their visa and already on it for a year or close to that. How is it so far? Is business ok in general? After one year experience, if you had or have another option, would you have taken it or would you go for the other option now? for example, if ...
