Like I said you can only appeal on grounds of contrary to HRA or discrimination. Plus appeals take forever in general and did for visit visas when you could appeal. Might be worth a call or letter to the Chief ECO in Istanbul, that sort of thing used to work in the past but things are much tighter ...
