no PSC appointments in Feb'2016 ?

Hi, I am trying to book PSC appointment at Croydon for 10y ILR application in February. I have tried different locations and dates but looks like system does not allow bookings in February at all. Can anybody shed the light on this issue please? Is it that PSC appointments for 10y ILR are being ...

Re: new salary tresholds

Hi manci , I have noticed your reply to a similar question http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-2-employer-sponsored-visas/ilr-application-changes-in-soc-salary-threshold-t184702.html where you suggest opposite. I understand kedaiapps is applying for ILR on different grounds being 5 years on T2 ...

Re: new salary tresholds

OK, so if salary/hours adjustment is necessary then there are two options: 1. Keep same salary and reduce the hours: this way the hourly rate increases, but gross salary received will be less than specified for SOC code. Is this allowed? What is main point for HO to consider hourly rate or gross ...

new salary tresholds

Hi, The minimum required salary for my SOC code has gone up after April 2015 changes and my salary no longer falls within this frame. Do I need to get my salary and/or hours reviewed by my employer to satisfy new requirements? Will this affect my 10 years long residency ILR application in Feb 2016 ...

Medical Treatment ?

Hi I am filling in on-line application form and come across Medical Treatment questions. I had visited A&E twice in past 5 years. All due to my pre-existing cardiac condition. No treatment had been received in A&E but referred back to my GP for consultation in both occasions. The condition I have ...

Re: confusion re cooling-off period, Tier 4 and ILR complica

How does the 5 year cap affect you? Can you actually apply for a tier 4 visa? That might be a deciding factor so once you know we can advise you better. I still have 2 years left under the cap. But find it difficult to select suitable private college for tier 4 extension. Due to recent actions ...

confusion re cooling-off period, Tier 4 and ILR complication

Hi all, I am currently on tier 4 visa which is due to expire in October. I have been working part-time for over 2 years now. My company is currently conducting RLMT to find full-time cover but looks like it is difficult as 28 days are nearing the end and no suitable candidate found yet. So they are ...

Re: Monthly allocation quota

Thanks physicskate It is a bit confusing. I had an impression that this is a statistics of all applications received. But then I realise that there is no information of how many of those who applied were refused/rejected/declined as for sure there should be some during selection process. Looks like ...

Monthly allocation quota

Hi all Does anyone knows if monthly allocation quota has been exceeded? https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/employer-sponsorship-restricted-certificate-allocations/allocations-of-restricted-certificates-of-sponsorship From what I can see on here there are 535 COS carried over to August. Does ...
