Urgent Help Please: Extending PBS dependant just for 2 years instead of 3 years

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sathish Kannan. I am already holding ILR visa, and now applied PBS extension for my family. My family have already completed 4 years of continuous stay in the UK with a Tier-2 dependency visa. They still need just one more year of dependency visa to be eligible for applying ILR ...

Re: Tier 2 dependent VISA extension while Main Applicant has ILR

Ok. I found in this forum (immigration-for-family-members/pbs-depe ... 58275.html) that for IHS we have to pay minimum of 3 years. We can't pay for just one year, and also can't get refund as we will be extending to ILR.

Re: Tier 2 dependent VISA extension while Main Applicant has ILR

In my case my wife and son will be eligible for ILR in 14 months time. My visa expiry date is 2024.. when I entered my expiry date, then its asking me to pay £1560, but if I just change the date to 14 months from today then we only have to pay £936. But not sure if thats the right way.

Thanks for the response. Can't we apply for citizenship directly for my son even after his mother gets her ILR?

Hi, My wife and son are currently in Tier 2 dependant visa. Their visas are expiring next month. I am working in A-rated sponsor company, and now I have switched to ILR. Re: Doubt - PBS dependent living outside UK for few months

Thank you so much for the response. So does that mean her absence from August 2017 to December 2017 doesn't get counted. If she returns back before June 2018 and didn't leave until next January, then still her time 'll not get reset, am I correct ?!

Doubt in Fund Maintenance for bringing my Wife to UK.

Hi,

I am living in UK for 3 and half years. I am now having Tier-2 visa sponsored by A-rated sponsor. My company is ready to give Maintenance letter for me. Now how much fund I have to maintain in my account to apply dependency visa for my wife.

Thanks in advance,

Sathish
