Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sathish Kannan. I am already holding ILR visa, and now applied PBS extension for my family. My family have already completed 4 years of continuous stay in the UK with a Tier-2 dependency visa. They still need just one more year of dependency visa to be eligible for applying ILR ...
Ok. I found in this forum (immigration-for-family-members/pbs-depe ... 58275.html) that for IHS we have to pay minimum of 3 years. We can't pay for just one year, and also can't get refund as we will be extending to ILR.
In my case my wife and son will be eligible for ILR in 14 months time. My visa expiry date is 2024.. when I entered my expiry date, then its asking me to pay £1560, but if I just change the date to 14 months from today then we only have to pay £936. But not sure if thats the right way.

Thank you so much for the response. So does that mean her absence from August 2017 to December 2017 doesn't get counted. If she returns back before June 2018 and didn't leave until next January, then still her time 'll not get reset, am I correct ?!
Hi, I am writing here to get to know how many days my wife can be outside UK without reset for ILR application. Normally for me I am not allowed to stay outside UK for more than 6 months per year. But I have been told that there are no such restriction on PBS dependent, and now after Jan 2018 this ...
Just one more question. Normally for me I am not allowed to stay outside UK for more than 6 months per year. But I have been told that there are no such restriction on PBS dependent, and now after Jan 2018 this restriction applies for dependent as well. My wife is out of UK since last August. Should ...

My wife is under Tier 2 dependency visa since Feb 2016, and valid until Oct 2019. * Can she continue in Tier 2 dependency even after I switch to ...
