Read --> DO NOT apply using form SET(M) if you are a dependent of someone under a work related route

You should apply again using from SET(O) to vary the previous SET(M) application. A refund should be given for the previous application

SET(LR) is correct

Any discretion is up to the UKVI. We cannot tell you whether this will be exercised in his favour or not
