Yes, the timing was such that I have to wait till Monday as we got the mail on Friday after VFS offices closed in India.. Thanks for your help though..Good night.

1. The onus is on the applicant to ensure the documents are correct. If the correct documents are not provided with the application, it will likely be refused. You need to "book" an appointment in 15 days (for any date that may be available and is convenient for you) not (necessarily) "attend" an appointment in those 15 days.
